Identifying and recognising individual personality type, and communication styles and preferences.  Appropriate sharing.  Awareness raising.  Effective communications with different personality types.  Identification of individual developmental areas.

Leading in a way that feels right for you.  Knowing yourself and your values.  Playing to your strengths and staying balanced.  Not betraying your truth and at the same time stretching yourself and being courageous.

“Our meetings go on and on”. “Our meetings are a waste of time”.  Sounds familiar.  In a world of ever-increasing technological connection, the challenge of having effective meetings has never been more vital.  Run effective meetings by getting organised, elevating your thinking and getting the right mindset.

Presentation and communication skills

Does speaking in public leave you cold and fearful?  In this safe space you will develop your style and confidence, as well as how to structure your speech. Storytelling in the world of work.  You will receive honest and positive development feedback.

  • Meet and clarify the needs of your team, key content, workshop format, learning outcomes, use of psychometrics and 360 feedback tools…or not. Logistics, fees, other practical matters.

  • Design a workshop to meet the needs of the team.

  • Confirm the proposal.

  • Contact all members of the team in advance of the workshop to welcome them, give a broad outline of the workshop and invite questions.

  • Carry out the workshop(s).

  • Feedback and evaluation.
